Teams at Centerstone

Provides outpatient behavioral health counseling, assessments, treatment planning, client referrals, discharge support, and clinical supervision for staff and interns. Coordinates assigned program areas, supports regulatory compliance and quality assurance, participates in treatment teams, and maintains relationships with referral sources. The role also conducts intakes, monitors client testing, and ensures continuity of program services in the Clinical Manager’s absence.

Provides behavioral health clinical services, including assessments and individual, group, family, and couples psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults. Maintains accurate clinical records, communicates with referral sources and care teams, supports quality clinical practices, and may supervise student interns. The role requires collaboration with community partners, effective client communication, and work toward professional licensure.

Provides supportive services during mobile crisis response and crisis intervention by assisting with assessments, stabilization, safety planning, psychiatric prescreenings, and referrals. Works with clients, families, clinicians, hospitals, law enforcement, schools, and community agencies in person, by telephone, and via video. Supports voluntary or involuntary psychiatric admissions, follow-up services, quality assurance, and mentoring of new staff or interns.
