Teams at Centerstone

Supervise and assign routine maintenance and custodial tasks for park facilities, amenities, streets, and greenspaces. Oversee crew operations, operate and maintain landscaping equipment, manage inventory of tools and supplies, perform debris removal, painting, landscaping, and snow removal, and coordinate with City of Bloomington personnel for Street and Parks operations.

Provide outbound follow-up calls and inbound chats/texts to individuals contacting 988 at moderate-to-high suicide risk, perform suicide assessments, update safety plans, link to resources, document contacts, attend team meetings, and assist with administrative tasks on a remote 24/7 crisis team.

Provides frontline safety and hospitality support in behavioral health facilities: greets and assists clients and visitors, monitors threats, enforces safety measures, and implements crisis prevention and de-escalation. Supports staff through communication, documentation, team participation, and reflective practice. Works flexible hours and may be on-call.
