Manage daily office operations including clerical oversight, scheduling, inventory and vendor coordination, client greeting and co-pay collection, petty cash and deposits, process improvement, and staff coaching to ensure efficient clinic operations.

Provide supervised school-based clinical services including assessment, case coordination, individual, family and group counseling. Shadow staff, manage a caseload, lead at least one weekly group, complete treatment plans and clinical documentation, attend trainings and weekly supervision, and meet internship and program requirements throughout the school year.

Oversee development, implementation, evaluation, and fiscal management of assigned behavioral health program services. Supervise staff, ensure regulatory and contract compliance, monitor KPIs and outcomes, support recruitment and training, manage budgets, and coordinate with leadership and community stakeholders to maintain service quality and financial viability.
