Provide psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management, monitor side effects, document care in the electronic medical record, supervise nurse practitioners, participate in on-call rotation and clinical meetings, lead psychiatric emergency management, and maintain CME and compliance with state regulations.

Provide 24/7 remote crisis intervention via 988 chat/text (and phone as needed). Conduct clinical screenings, suicide risk assessments, follow-up calls for moderate-to-high risk contacts, link individuals to community resources, document interactions, and participate in supervision, training, and team meetings while complying with ethical and accreditation standards.

Provide face-to-face, phone, and telehealth crisis response and assessment to individuals in mental health crisis. Develop safety plans, conduct basic risk assessments under supervision, coordinate with emergency services and community resources, document interactions, and participate in training and team support to ensure continuity of care.
