Teams at Centerstone

Supervised internship working with young children (1.5–6) and families: collect client data, observe/participate in case management, hold parent meetings, support program operations, and learn data cleaning, analysis, and visualization using Excel to create presentations.

Provide outpatient psychiatric nursing support including medication administration and monitoring, patient education, phone triage, CLIA-waived lab testing and phlebotomy, care coordination, documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in a behavioral health clinic (Mon–Fri daytime).

Provides psychiatric services, performs evaluations, manages treatment plans, supervises staff, and participates in quality improvement initiatives. Communicates effectively with patients and collaborates with healthcare teams.
