Provide peer-based support in a residential behavioral health program, using lived experience to model recovery skills, assist with symptom management, promote participant choice, and collaborate with the clinical team.

Provide direct, person-centered support to individuals in residential behavioral health treatment. Observe and document day-to-day behaviors and activities, report updates to the clinical team, assist with treatment plan implementation, and work overnight, evening, and weekend shifts as part of a multidisciplinary care team.

Provide peer-based support as a recovery expert within an outpatient integrated care team, modeling recovery skills, collaborating with clinical staff, assisting with symptom management, and advocating participant choice based on lived behavioral health experience.
