Provide administrative support in a residential behavioral health facility: manage waitlists and referrals, update medical records, verify insurance/Medicaid eligibility, communicate with clients and clinical teams, and perform clerical duties (phones, correspondence).

Provide overnight security and support in supportive housing: create a safe, welcoming environment; build positive relationships with residents; respond to crises; and promote community well-being during 5:00 PM–7:00 AM shifts.

Provide peer-based support in a residential behavioral health program, using lived experience to model recovery skills, assist with symptom management, promote participant choice, and collaborate with the clinical team.
