Provide medical care to residents in skilled nursing and senior living communities across North Texas. Opportunities include part-time or full-time clinical work, medical directorships, minimal on-call duties, and administrative support. Requires board certification, Texas medical license, and DEA registration; inpatient or hospitalist experience is welcome.

Provide medical care to residents in skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities in North Texas. Manage patient treatment plans, coordinate with clinical staff, handle inpatient/post-acute care, and optionally serve in Medical Directorship roles. Maintain documentation, collaborate with care teams, and uphold quality standards.

Provide in-person medical care for patients in skilled nursing and rehab facilities, manage assessments and treatment plans in the EMR, collaborate with facility teams to reduce readmissions, participate in value-based/transitional care programs, and serve as liaison between Trumen and facility staff with scheduled on-site availability during business hours.
