Leads CHI’s growth, sales, philanthropy, marketing, and strategic partnership efforts to expand adoption of the Centering® healthcare model. Develops revenue strategies, manages a national business development team, cultivates healthcare executive and funder relationships, oversees consultative sales and contracting, and translates market and clinical insights into partnership opportunities. The role requires healthcare industry expertise, executive leadership, financial acumen, and occasional travel of up to 30%.

Supports business development strategy through prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, partnership research, stakeholder outreach, presentations, conferences, market analysis, and reporting. Maintains CRM and business development records, monitors healthcare industry and policy developments, prepares leadership materials, and collaborates with marketing, health policy, philanthropy, and program teams. The role is primarily remote with occasional travel for conferences and business events.
