Lead a fully remote team of 25+ Medicare telesales agents to convert high-volume inbound calls into enrollments across Medicare Advantage, Supplement, Part D, vision, and dental products. Provide real-time coaching, monitor conversion and talk-time metrics, manage scheduling across 8am–8pm EST, ensure CMS compliance, partner with Quality/Compliance/WFM, and drive performance during Annual Enrollment Period (AEP).

Design and maintain data collection infrastructure and resilient pipelines, troubleshoot and resolve data defects, implement maintenance strategies, support BI/warehousing/reporting, build reports and visualizations, and collect/extract/clean data end-to-end, including real-time streaming and performance tuning.

Support media buyers in launching, monitoring, and optimizing PPC campaigns. Manage bids, account architecture, keyword research, reporting, and troubleshooting to improve campaign performance and ad delivery.
