Lead design, delivery, and evaluation of enterprise learning programs including leadership development, onboarding, DEIB learning, and LMS administration. Facilitate workshops, manage multiple learning portfolios, use learning analytics to measure impact, and partner with leaders to embed inclusive development practices across the organization.

Provide compliance advice to health care clients on state and federal reproductive and healthcare laws; conduct legal research and complex analyses; manage client relationships; implement systems to track compliance matters; coordinate with partners and outside counsel; supervise junior staff; represent the Center publicly.

Provide compliance advice on state and federal laws affecting reproductive health care, manage client relationships, track compliance matters, conduct legal research, integrate compliance into litigation support, and represent the Center at events and coalitions.

Support communications operations by administering department budgets (invoices, expense tracking, reconciliations), coordinating procurement/contracts, maintaining SharePoint and DAM systems, providing high-level administrative support, acting as an administrative/technical point of contact, tracking project timelines, liaising across departments, documenting meetings, and improving operational processes for the Communications team.

Lead web editorial strategy and a small website team; write, edit, and fact-check high-impact content; manage approvals, measure performance, optimize SEO/AEO, support rapid response, coach direct reports, and collaborate cross-departmentally to advance the organization’s communications goals.
