Teams at Center for NYC Neighborhoods

Coordinate outreach and education on energy efficiency and renewable programs for homeowners; manage a 50-60 client caseload, track progress in a CRM (Salesforce), organize events/workshops, connect residents to services, create reports, and propose improvements to engagement and program delivery. Support integration of sustainability into organizational work and maintain knowledge of relevant policies and programs.
