Verifies patient eligibility and insurance benefits before initial appointments, updates demographics and insurance records, collects sensitive documentation, runs daily reports, and responds to patient and insurer questions. The coordinator is cross-trained in benefit checking and precertification, supports administrative projects, and works independently and collaboratively in a Monday-Friday outpatient healthcare setting.

Provides physician-supervised care for patients with venous insufficiency, including health assessments, physical examinations, diagnostic testing, treatment planning, procedures, patient education, follow-up care, documentation, and insurance medical-necessity letters. Collaborates with nursing, surgical, and vascular laboratory staff, supports infection control and safety standards, trains clinical staff, communicates with patients, and contributes to center goals and community events.

Provides outpatient vein-care services under physician direction, including patient assessments, physical examinations, diagnostic testing, treatment planning, procedures, follow-up care, patient education, and telephone support. The Physician Assistant collaborates with nursing, surgical, and vascular laboratory staff, maintains clinical records and infection-control standards, supports insurance documentation, trains clinical staff, and contributes to center goals and community events.

Provide patient care for venous insufficiency under physician supervision: assess patients, perform exams and diagnostic testing, develop and implement treatment plans, assist in procedures, educate patients, coordinate follow-ups, maintain records, comply with regulations, and collaborate with nursing and vascular lab staff to ensure continuity of care.
