Provide high-level administrative and governance support to the CEO, Board, and senior leadership: manage calendars and email, coordinate meetings and board governance, prepare executive communications and materials, track action items and projects, manage policy system (DocTract), and support strategic initiatives and events while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Provide peer-based crisis support and counseling using lived experience on a mobile crisis team. Link clients to community resources, follow trauma-informed care and SAMHSA competencies, document in EHR, collaborate with clinical team, and perform follow-up after crises.

Provide benefits support to adults with severe mental illness: assist with applications and renewals for Medicaid, Social Security, APTD, WIC; set up NH Easy accounts; gather documentation; coordinate with DHHS, SSA and treatment teams; document services; provide follow-along support and participate in consultations and community meetings.
