Provides person-centered supports coordination for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Develops and maintains individual support plans, explains service and provider choices, coordinates residential, vocational, educational, and community resources, supports families, evaluates progress and satisfaction, and responds to incidents affecting individual health, safety, rights, and well-being. The role requires face-to-face countywide meetings, documentation, confidentiality, sound judgment, and collaboration with providers and community organizations.

Develops and maintains support plans, assists with provider selection, coordinates residential, vocational, educational, and community services, supports individuals and families, evaluates progress and service satisfaction, and responds to incidents affecting health, safety, rights, and well-being. The role requires countywide travel and face-to-face meetings.

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger activity, reconciliations, journal entries, allocations, month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and grant accounting. Ensure compliance with GAAP, nonprofit accounting standards, funder requirements, and internal controls. Support audits and financial reviews, provide fiscal information to management and the Board, maintain accurate records, and guide fiscal staff.
