Teams at Center for Coastal Studies

Manages the full employee lifecycle, including benefits, payroll, compliance, recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, leave administration, training, and HR communications. Coordinates with benefits providers, accounting, supervisors, and legal resources; maintains payroll and HR systems; audits employment documentation; supports workplace compliance and employee relations. This part-time role is primarily on-site in Provincetown with occasional remote flexibility.
