Consultant firm or consortium will provide HR management support, regulatory compliance, annual financial auditing, and legal counsel to CIVIC’s Benin office. The six-month engagement may be renewed based on performance. Applicants must have more than five years of relevant experience in Benin, be legally registered and tax compliant, and provide evidence of similar work. Experience supporting international NGOs is advantageous.

Produce high-resolution videos, graphics, carousels, and animated content documenting civilian harm in Iran. Develop creative storytelling approaches, storyboards, scripts, visual formats, and dissemination strategies with CIVIC and HRA. Edit video, photography, sound, subtitles, and motion graphics while applying ethical, trauma-informed, conflict-sensitive, and privacy-protection practices. Manage consent, secure source files, preserve factual integrity, incorporate feedback, and deliver finalized digital content, raw files, captions, contextual notes, and consent documentation.
