Plans and executes strategic oceans campaigns at national, regional, state, and local levels. Builds coalitions, organizes protests and public events, engages policymakers and media, develops advocacy materials, conducts research, and coordinates legal, policy, and organizing initiatives. The role requires strong communication, facilitation, judgment, collaboration, and campaign-management skills, with occasional travel and evening or weekend work.

The Senior Attorney advances endangered species conservation through litigation, administrative actions, and advocacy under environmental laws. Responsibilities include developing and litigating cases, managing a full docket, mentoring attorneys, building coalitions with partners and officials, conducting legal and scientific research, and using litigation and media campaigns to support conservation goals. The role requires frequent travel for hearings and meetings, occasional office and outdoor work, and some evening or weekend hours.

Creates video, graphics, and written content for digital, social, email, web, print, and fundraising campaigns. Collaborates on creative strategy, donor acquisition, retention, and membership growth initiatives; produces landing pages and print collateral; analyzes campaign performance and tests variations. Ensures content quality and organizational voice, coordinates with vendors, maintains microsites, and pilots new formats to improve fundraising outcomes.
