Provides direct support to residents in a residential substance use treatment program. Responsibilities include monitoring patient behavior and progress, supporting group participation, completing admission and discharge paperwork, taking vital signs, administering or monitoring medications under RN supervision, responding to emergencies, documenting shifts, providing emotional support, and maintaining patient safety. The role also includes light housekeeping, transportation duties, staff training participation, and overnight clinical support.
