Oversee end-to-end development of Speaking assessment items and materials for K-12 multilingual learners. Manage test developers, review content for accuracy, accessibility, fairness, and grade appropriateness, coordinate field testing and research, support scoring and rater training materials, maintain test databases and documentation, and ensure quality-control and test-security procedures. Supervise staff, manage timelines and stakeholder collaboration, oversee audio recording production, and contribute to hiring and performance management.
