Lead end-to-end federal proposal development: manage writing teams and subcontractor input, ensure compliance and quality, develop win themes, schedules, graphics, and compliance matrices; support cost/price volumes, IDIQ/BPA task order responses, maintain proposal library, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to meet RFP requirements and timely submissions.

Design, develop, train, and deploy AI/NLP and predictive models using Python and PyTorch. Build and integrate workflows (n8n/Temporal), deploy models via APIs/microservices on cloud platforms, monitor and optimize performance, research state-of-the-art methods (LLMs/transformers), and ensure compliance, reproducibility, and cross-functional integration.

Lead IT projects end-to-end, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholders. Coach teams on Agile/Scrum, coordinate vendors, produce plans and status reports, ensure quality and compliance, and drive successful delivery of modernization and IT initiatives.
