Lead end-to-end federal proposal development: manage writing teams and subcontractor input, ensure compliance and quality, develop win themes, schedules, graphics, and compliance matrices; support cost/price volumes, IDIQ/BPA task order responses, maintain proposal library, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to meet RFP requirements and timely submissions.

Hands-on technical lead responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions (ITSM and other modules). Translate requirements into platform configurations, lead and mentor developers, build custom apps and integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server), ensure coding standards and governance, participate in Agile ceremonies, troubleshoot issues, support testing and deployments, and produce technical documentation.
