Provides administrative and client service support to financial advisors, including account maintenance, scheduling, communications, records, compliance documentation, transactions, referrals, events, vendor coordination, office supplies, and expense reporting. Maintains accurate client information, supports onboarding and branch operations, assists with compliant marketing activities, and completes required BSA/AML training. Travel between branch locations may be required.

Creates marketing graphics, advertisements, brochures, signage, billboard art, social media content, website updates, and campaign materials. Collaborates with departments on promotional concepts, maintains brand consistency, writes marketing copy, supports digital and mobile banking content, and manages multiple projects under strict deadlines. The role also requires presentation skills, compliance training, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud design applications.

Lead business development efforts for retirement custody products by generating and managing a sales pipeline, targeting medium-to-large clients, delivering tailored presentations and pricing, training partners, attending industry events, ensuring compliance (BSA/AML), managing and developing a small sales team, and maintaining product and competitor knowledge.
