Lead business development efforts for retirement custody products by generating and managing a sales pipeline, targeting medium-to-large clients, delivering tailored presentations and pricing, training partners, attending industry events, ensuring compliance (BSA/AML), managing and developing a small sales team, and maintaining product and competitor knowledge.

Process new client accounts and incoming transfer paperwork, enter IRA and non-qualified account data into finance systems, verify client identities per regulations, communicate with brokers/clients, perform follow-up and quality control, and complete required BSA/AML and compliance training.
