The GTC Operations Support Specialist prepares IRA statements and tax reports, manages document imaging, and handles mail distribution, ensuring accuracy in all processes.

Investigate suspicious account and customer activity across payment channels; analyze fraud-detection software; interview customers, merchants, internal staff and law enforcement; report fraud trends; handle customer inquiries and complaints; complete BSA/AML and compliance training; and coordinate actions to mitigate customer harm and bank risk.

Sell and implement cash management products to commercial clients, prepare documentation and RFP cost analyses, support customer onboarding and training, liaise with operations, assess risk and cyber security, complete BSA/AML compliance, and support business development and retention efforts.
