Directs healthcare regulatory compliance operations for Marketplace products and services. Oversees complaints, grievances, regulatory inquiries, and responses to CMS and other regulators. Researches and applies federal and state regulations, advises management, coordinates compliance across departments, maintains regulatory documentation, tests products for compliance, and develops or updates policies and procedures. Requires a bachelor’s degree and at least seven years of regulatory, compliance, operations, or related experience.

Performs advanced business and technical analysis, develops reports and database solutions, designs and implements business applications, documents requirements, troubleshoots systems, and recommends process improvements. Acts as a subject matter expert, collaborates with end users and departments, supports testing and debugging, evaluates financial impacts, monitors projects, resolves complex issues, and trains staff.

Leads the design, development, testing, optimization, and operation of large-scale data pipelines and real-time processing applications. Establishes data management, ingestion, transformation, validation, provisioning, and quality procedures. Leads data engineers, develops high-performance data architectures, improves reliability and efficiency, and partners with DevSecOps on CI/CD. Provides technical guidance on data processing, storage, modeling, analytics, and automation.
