Lead and oversee all training programs: perform needs assessments and gap analyses, develop curriculum and materials with SMEs, deliver and facilitate online and in-person training, evaluate effectiveness and ROI, manage vendors and training calendar, support onboarding and employee development, audit results and implement improvements, and identify cost savings. Travel as required.

Process and adjudicate complex medical claims, apply policy and provider contracts to determine payment or denial, research claim status, resolve adjustments and appeals, communicate with stakeholders, maintain documentation, and meet production and quality standards. Complete required claims and COB training and ramp period.

Lead business case development and large cross-functional initiatives to improve processes, financial performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Organize and facilitate work teams, perform detailed data and workflow analysis, support strategic planning, and oversee implementation. Use project management tools and lead staff across levels while communicating results and ensuring process integrity.
