Process biweekly payroll using ADP for multiple divisions, ensure compliance with federal/state/local laws, calculate wages/deductions, prepare year-end forms (W-2, 1099, 1095-C), perform payroll audits and 401(k) nondiscrimination/5500 testing, support employees with payroll inquiries, manage payroll systems and data flows with HR/finance, and recommend process improvements.
