Senior, customer-facing role owning strategic account revenue and relationships for higher education. Lead contract negotiations, multi-year account planning, renewals, upsell, and data-driven program optimization. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive adoption of Cengage business models (CU/IA/EA), manage change, and serve as trusted advisor to senior academic and administrative stakeholders.

Embed with strategic higher-education partners to design, build, and ship production AI and platform integrations (LLM/RAG, LTI) across Cengage products. Own end-to-end deployments, write production code, ensure compliance and accessibility, evaluate AI safety and outcomes, mentor FDEs, and translate field learnings into product roadmap contributions.

The Analytics Architect will design and implement cloud-based analytics solutions, maintain data pipelines, ensure data quality, and collaborate with teams to enhance operational efficiency.
