Lead enterprise risk management by developing frameworks, identifying and mitigating financial, operational, strategic, and compliance risks, advising executives and the board, establishing policies and controls, overseeing regulatory compliance, and managing risk reporting, audits, and stress testing.

Lead a risk-based internal audit program: develop and execute audit plans, evaluate controls and governance, manage engagements, coordinate external audits, report findings, recommend control improvements, and mentor the internal audit team.

Develop and implement media, branding, and communication strategies; manage social media, digital campaigns and content creation; ensure consistent brand messaging; coordinate media relations, press releases, events and promotional activities; monitor brand performance and collaborate with teams and agencies.
