Teams at CEM Benchmarking Inc.

Manage a portfolio of 30–50 UK Local Government Pension Scheme clients, building executive relationships, delivering benchmarking presentations, retaining and expanding accounts, and identifying consultative cross-selling opportunities. Develop account plans, represent the company at industry events, and provide client insights to Research, Product Development, Marketing, and Production teams to influence products and methodologies.

Manage the Toronto office’s daily operations, including supplies, vendors, scheduling, visitors, travel logistics, access cards, and workplace coordination. Own health and safety, fire safety, and first aid compliance. Coordinate internal and client events, including venues, catering, budgets, AV, attendees, and on-site execution. Support finance and HR with invoices, expenses, onboarding, offboarding, recruitment, and confidential data. Serve as the primary contact for employees, leaders, building management, and external providers.
