The Marketing Operations Coordinator supports daily operations of the marketing team by managing outreach infrastructure, prospect data, campaigns, events, and collateral production.

Lead underwriting and portfolio management for energy, infrastructure, and project finance loans. Ensure underwriting quality, monitor covenant compliance and borrower performance, direct credit interventions and restructurings, coach and develop the team, produce executive reporting on portfolio health and risks, and drive process improvements and cross‑functional coordination to protect capital and optimize recoveries.

Design, build, and maintain automation workflows across IT, identity, Atlassian, and financial systems. Automate user lifecycle, access reviews, and provisioning. Develop scripts and integrations (Python, PowerShell), apply DevOps practices (version control, CI/CD), support secrets management and SIEM integrations, and document runbooks in a regulated banking environment.
