Provides first-level technical support for hardware, software, networks, workstations, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals. Troubleshoots incidents, performs computer imaging and deployment, manages user accounts through Okta, Active Directory, and Intune, supports Windows and mobile platforms, assists with patching and device management, and escalates security risks. Maintains accurate support documentation while delivering professional assistance to employees.

Leads day-to-day IT operations, including core banking system availability, Tanium patch and endpoint compliance, Okta identity operations, incident and change management, vulnerability remediation, operational KPI reporting, documentation, audits, and disaster recovery. Manages and develops systems administrators and engineers while partnering with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams to improve reliability, compliance, and operational processes.

Lead underwriting and portfolio management for energy, infrastructure, and project finance loans. Ensure underwriting quality, monitor covenant compliance and borrower performance, direct credit interventions and restructurings, coach and develop the team, produce executive reporting on portfolio health and risks, and drive process improvements and cross‑functional coordination to protect capital and optimize recoveries.
