Design and operate patch deployment rings, remediate vulnerabilities, tune patch policies, track compliance metrics, provide tier 2/3 support, produce documentation and runbooks, and collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application owners for audits, incident response, and change management.

Support Relationship Managers as backup for Strategic Lending Partnerships: review and coordinate program materials, maintain documentation and tracking, resolve partner issues, assist onboarding, support regulatory exams and audits, and prepare Excel reports and ad hoc data pulls.
