Investigates potential money laundering, fraud, terrorist financing, and other suspicious activity. Conducts customer and enhanced due diligence reviews, analyzes transaction patterns, performs OFAC and 314(a) screening oversight, prepares regulatory filings and SARs, and documents findings. The analyst researches risks, supports AML program improvements, collaborates with internal teams and partners, and maintains knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry trends.

Underwrite and actively manage a portfolio of middle-market corporate loans, including syndicated, leveraged finance, and cash flow-based facilities. Monitor borrower performance, financial reporting, covenant compliance, and credit risk; lead portfolio reviews; conduct financial modeling and deal structuring; prepare credit recommendations; and present findings to approval authorities. Collaborate with borrowers, sponsors, agent banks, legal, compliance, and internal partners throughout the loan lifecycle while improving credit processes and identifying emerging risks.

Manage and optimize enterprise patch management using Tanium across Windows, Linux, and macOS. Design and operate patch deployment rings, remediate vulnerabilities, tune patch policies, track compliance metrics, provide tier 2/3 support, produce documentation and runbooks, and collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application owners for audits, incident response, and change management.
