Prepare and issue accurate invoices, monitor and reconcile customer accounts, post cash receipts, submit disputes, process credits/refunds/write-offs, produce aging reports, support month-end close, track AR metrics (DSO), and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve billing issues.

Manages retail sales execution across an assigned Detroit territory for Celsius brands. Responsibilities include expanding product distribution, shelf space, displays, and promotions; executing brand strategy; auditing accounts; tracking opportunities in CRM systems; collaborating with distributors; supporting sales initiatives; and reporting performance against KPIs. The role requires frequent store visits, customer engagement, presentations, distributor partnership, a valid driver’s license, and passing an MVR screening.

Supports the Alani Nu influencer marketing team by identifying potential partners, managing creator orders and shipments, monitoring social engagement, tracking influencer and user-generated content, developing messaging, coordinating paid influencer deliverables and events, and assisting with reporting and social performance analytics.
