Drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, managing the sales pipeline, and promoting environmental monitoring, emissions testing, and consultancy services. The role manages sales from prospecting through contract award, prepares proposals and tenders, maintains CRM records, attends client and networking events, monitors market activity, and collaborates with operational teams to support successful project delivery and company growth.

Generate and convert new B2B business, re-engage dormant accounts, manage the full sales cycle, maintain CRM pipelines, prepare proposals with technical teams, negotiate client terms, and meet monthly sales targets. The role includes structured onboarding, consultative service sales, account management, and progression tied to performance.
