Conduct compliant Legionella risk assessments across commercial and industrial sites per ACOP L8 and HSG274. Inspect systems, perform temperature profiling and flow testing, update schematics, identify risks, produce audit-ready reports with photos, advise clients on control measures, and manage regional workload to deliver reports within SLA.

Coordinates daily field operations, customer bookings, technician schedules, travel, fleet and equipment maintenance, PPE orders, onboarding, holiday requests, workforce planning, quotations, and customer enquiries. The role serves as a central contact between customers, site technicians, and management while maintaining accurate documentation and supporting efficient service delivery. Strong organisation, communication, customer service, commercial awareness, and Microsoft Office skills are required.

Manage fire, flood, subsidence, impact, and water-damage repair projects from initial site inspection through final account. Responsibilities include assessing damage, preparing scopes and costings, managing variations and valuations, procuring and supervising subcontractors, monitoring progress, ensuring health and safety compliance, conducting inspections and snagging, and liaising with policyholders, insurers, loss adjusters, and other stakeholders.
