Carry out Legionella risk assessments across commercial and residential sites per ACOP L8 and HSG274. Survey hot and cold water systems, identify risks, recommend corrective actions, produce detailed reports and updated schematics, perform occasional hygiene service tasks, maintain electronic records, manage diary and client communication, and ensure safe completion of work.
