Teams at Cellular Sales

Sell Verizon wireless plans, devices, and services to consumer and business customers. Consultants develop new accounts, recommend products based on customer needs, provide service before and after sales, stay current on technology offerings, and build customer relationships. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, self-motivation, willingness to learn, and reliable transportation.

Recruits sales talent across an assigned market by managing the full hiring lifecycle, sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, colleges, referrals, and other channels, and maintaining candidate relationships. Screens, interviews, qualifies, and coordinates candidates through hiring and onboarding. Partners with regional and sales leadership to forecast hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, maintain iCIMS records, and meet recruiting activity metrics.

Provides customer and sales representative support by handling inquiries, complaints, account research, documentation, billing questions, escalations, and follow-up. Maintains interaction records, uses internal systems, prepares reports, and coordinates resolutions across departments. Requires strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, organization, accuracy, and conflict-resolution skills. A high school diploma is required, while Excel proficiency is preferred.
