Develop, optimize, and transfer manufacturing processes for flex-circuit power interconnects. Own reflow soldering, lamination, bonding, and related process equipment. Design tooling and fixtures, run DOE and characterization tests, perform root-cause analyses, and collaborate with Design, Quality, and Operations to scale production while ensuring solder joint reliability and assembly integrity.

Contract recruiter focused on sourcing, engaging, and closing passive candidates for complex manufacturing and hardware engineering roles. Partner with hiring teams to design sourcing and assessment strategies, build candidate networks, manage interview and offer processes, and recommend recruitment improvements. Participate in special projects and drive diversity sourcing, employer branding, and continuous process optimization.
