Leads Quality Engineering and customer quality activities for a manufacturing site. Oversees quality personnel, APQP/PPAP, product qualification, NPI validation, customer complaints, audits, SCARs, 8D responses, root-cause analysis, MSA/GR&R, corrective actions, and QMS compliance. Partners cross-functionally to resolve product and process issues, supports launches and customer-site builds, and drives continuous improvement. The role requires manufacturing-floor presence and up to 20% travel.

Build and deploy production AI/ML solutions for manufacturing, including predictive maintenance, defect detection, anomaly detection, process optimization, quality prediction, and engineering productivity. Own the full AI lifecycle from data preparation and experimentation through deployment, monitoring, and improvement. Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, equipment, automation, and software teams in an active manufacturing environment.

Designs, develops, deploys, and supports industrial machine vision and automated inspection systems for high-volume manufacturing. Builds rule-based and AI/ML computer vision solutions for defect detection, classification, measurement, and process monitoring. Integrates vision applications with cameras, PLCs, MES, databases, SPC, and production equipment. Responsibilities include software development, model deployment, commissioning, troubleshooting, validation, root-cause analysis, performance improvement, documentation, and production support.

Develop, optimize, and stabilize manufacturing processes through experiments, data analysis, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and process improvement. Support new product and tool qualification, maintain SOPs, train operators, and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers. The role requires hands-on work in office and manufacturing environments, including adherence to safety procedures and use of specialized process and measurement technologies.

Lead supplier quality programs across audits, performance monitoring, root cause and failure analysis, corrective actions, cost recovery, and process improvement. Partner with engineering, supply chain, and vendors to define component quality expectations, support NPI readiness, implement statistical quality methods, and reduce supplier-related defects and cost of poor quality. Travel to domestic and international supplier sites approximately 10–20% as needed.

The Process Engineer will optimize manufacturing processes, conduct data analysis, troubleshoot issues, and lead process improvement projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Design and develop rack-level high-current power delivery and interconnect hardware for AI server platforms. Own electrical hardware from concept through production, perform electrical and thermal calculations, collaborate with mechanical teams, support validation and testing, and manage customer engagements and design reviews.

Design, develop, and release production tooling, fixtures, and workholding to support manufacturing and NPI. Create 3D CAD models, drawings, BOMs, and documentation; build, test, and implement tooling on the shop floor. Collaborate with Product, Process, and Manufacturing teams to improve throughput, ergonomics, and process capability.

Designs and executes mechanical and electromechanical validation test programs for interconnect assemblies. Sources components, supports mechanical integration, participates in power/connector/thermal technical discussions, contributes to design release documentation, and assists manufacturing process development and DFM reviews.

The role involves designing and developing flexible circuit products for energy storage, conducting simulations, and collaborating on design validation.

Lead transfer of products from NPI into high-volume manufacturing by scaling and maturing processes, validating equipment and process capability, troubleshooting production issues, conducting experiments and root-cause analysis, and developing documentation and training to ensure launch readiness and sustained production performance.

The Automation & Controls Engineer supports automation and control systems, integrates components, troubleshoots failures, and maintains documentation and testing protocols. This role involves collaborating with vendors and ensuring project compliance and equipment functionality.
