Leads Production, Maintenance, Planning, and Configuration Management for an advanced manufacturing operation. Owns safety, quality, delivery, cost, staffing, capacity, equipment reliability, production readiness, and continuous improvement. Develops leaders, coordinates cross-functional teams, manages ramp-ups and commissioning, and uses KPIs, Lean principles, and structured problem solving to improve throughput, yield, uptime, and operational scalability.

Lead and coach a hands-on automation and controls team to design, implement, commission, and sustain manufacturing automation systems. Drive controls strategy, standardization, troubleshooting, vendor management, test plans, and integration of PLCs, SCADA, motion control, machine vision, and MES to ensure reliable, high-performance factory operations and continuous improvement.

Develop, optimize, and stabilize manufacturing processes through experiments, data analysis, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and process improvement. Support new product and tool qualification, maintain SOPs, train operators, and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers. The role requires hands-on work in office and manufacturing environments, including adherence to safety procedures and use of specialized process and measurement technologies.
