CELLINK Benefits Overview

Sustains, troubleshoots, and continuously improves electrical and mechanical controls for high-volume production equipment. Provides line-down support, integrates PLCs, SCADA, motion, vision, sensors, and other automation components, and develops control-system documentation, test plans, backups, and revisions. Leads root-cause analysis and corrective actions, supports preventive maintenance and equipment commissioning, collaborates with vendors, and trains maintenance technicians and operators. Requires hands-on manufacturing support and approximately 10% travel.

Designs, scales, and validates manufacturing processes from prototype through high-volume production. Responsibilities include improving yield and throughput, qualifying first articles, conducting experiments and root cause analysis, operating manufacturing and metrology equipment, developing process documentation, and training production staff. The role partners with customer-facing and cross-functional engineering teams to ensure manufacturability, product readiness, and successful commercialization across EV, energy storage, and aerospace applications.

Leads Quality Engineering and customer quality activities for a manufacturing site. Oversees quality personnel, APQP/PPAP, product qualification, NPI validation, customer complaints, audits, SCARs, 8D responses, root-cause analysis, MSA/GR&R, corrective actions, and QMS compliance. Partners cross-functionally to resolve product and process issues, supports launches and customer-site builds, and drives continuous improvement. The role requires manufacturing-floor presence and up to 20% travel.
