The Automation Engineer will develop and optimize automated QC workflows, troubleshoot systems, and support laboratory operations in a GMP environment.

Support design and execution of small-scale and scale-up cell therapy process development experiments using the Cellares platform. Perform cell line maintenance, leukopak processing, gene modification, expansion, cryopreservation, equipment qualification, SOP/report authoring, data analysis, and routine lab tasks to advance automated cell therapy manufacturing processes.

Design and execute experiments (including DOE) to develop and scale cell therapy processes. Collaborate cross-functionally to transfer technologies, author technical documentation, analyze and present results, train staff, troubleshoot processes, and provide technical feedback to engineering and manufacturing teams.
