Lead and execute stabilization, scaling, and continuous improvement of GMP-critical systems (ERP, MES, QMS, PLM, LIMS, integrations). Act as a hands-on player-coach bridging Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Finance to ensure data integrity, traceability, audit readiness, and operational execution while governing releases, validations, vendor performance, and cross-system issue resolution.

The Automation Engineer will develop and optimize lab automation systems, validate QC workflows, and ensure functionality of automated systems for cell therapy manufacturing.

The Director, Operations Finance will oversee FP&A for the Operations organization, driving financial insights, cost forecasts, and operational efficiencies across manufacturing sites globally.
