The HR Business Partner serves as the on-site HR resource, providing employee support and managing HR processes in a manufacturing environment while partnering with leadership to ensure compliance and improve HR practices.

Support MSAT technology transfer and scale-up for cell therapy manufacturing. Drive process automation, ensure GMP readiness, maintain process knowledge and capability through data analysis, lead root cause investigations, CAPA, change control, FMEA, and validation activities. Write SOPs and batch records, define equipment requirements, provide training, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.

Lead a QC team at a GMP cell therapy manufacturing site to manage analytical testing, method development/validation, stability programs, equipment qualification, investigations (OOS), data review, regulatory documentation, and QC quality systems. Interface cross-functionally, support audits, train analysts, manage contract lab transfers, and assist regulatory dossier preparation.
