The Automation Engineer will develop and optimize automated QC workflows, troubleshoot systems, and support laboratory operations in a GMP environment.

Design and execute cell therapy process development and scale-up experiments, maintain primary cell lines and leukopaks, draft SOPs and batch documentation, analyze process data, troubleshoot semi-automated instruments and LIMS, and implement corrective actions to advance the Cellares automated cell therapy manufacturing platform.

Design and execute experiments (including DOE) to develop and scale cell therapy processes. Collaborate cross-functionally to transfer technologies, author technical documentation, analyze and present results, train staff, troubleshoot processes, and provide technical feedback to engineering and manufacturing teams.
