Teams at Cellanome

Execute end-to-end workflows on the Cellanome R3200: process living cells through multi-day assays, prepare sequencing-ready libraries, run and monitor instruments, perform library QC, follow SOPs and document in LIMS, troubleshoot, onboard new processes, support lab automation improvements, and maintain lab safety. Second shift (Wed–Sun, 2:00pm–10:00pm).

Design, execute, and maintain test plans for instrument control, operator UI, and analysis software. Operate instruments, run functional/regression/integration tests, log defects, collaborate with engineers, and apply cell biology knowledge to interpret results and distinguish software defects from biological or instrument variability.

Strategic, hands-on supply chain leader building systems, teams, and processes for sourcing, purchasing, planning, inventory, and logistics. Manage supplier/CMO relationships, domestic and international shipping (3PLs, customs), S&OP, KPIs, and ERP/MRP implementation. Drive supply continuity, dual-sourcing, regulatory compliance (ISO, FDA, QMS), and readiness for global product launches. Collaborate with leadership and finance; travel up to 20%.
