Execute end-to-end cell biology and sequencing library workflows on the Cellanome R3200. Process and assess living cells, run and monitor instruments, oversee automated library prep, perform final library QC, document work in LIMS, support troubleshooting, onboard new processes, and maintain laboratory safety and organization.

Execute and lead experimental plans for gene and cell therapy genomics on automated platforms: perform wet-lab work, troubleshoot, analyze data with computational partners, prepare reports/publications, support IP strategy, and coordinate cross-functional project progress over a 6-month term.

Execute and troubleshoot wet-lab experiments from design through analysis, coordinate projects and resources, liaise with partners, collaborate with computational biology to interpret data, prepare reports/publications, and contribute to IP and scientific communication.
