Administer enterprise endpoints, identity and access systems, firewalls, networks, IT assets, and technical support operations. Manage Intune, Entra ID, Chrome Enterprise, FortiGate, VPNs, and endpoint fleets across Windows, ChromeOS, macOS, and Linux. Provide Level 1 and 2 troubleshooting, automate administration with PowerShell, maintain documentation, conduct asset lifecycle management, and coordinate remotely with US-based technicians to resolve infrastructure and hardware issues.

Supervise daily facility operations covering device repair, deployments, inventory, warehousing, logistics, staffing, quality control, and customer SLAs. Assign workloads, monitor productivity and repair progress, maintain inventory and chain-of-custody records, coordinate shipments and courier services, prepare operational reports, and resolve workflow or staffing issues. Lead technicians, drivers, and warehouse personnel while enforcing safety, quality, and process-improvement standards.
