Manage end-to-end procurement of computer hardware and workshop/warehouse supplies with emphasis on China-based vendors: source vendors, issue RFQs, negotiate terms, handle customs/shipping/compliance, forecast inventory and reorder points, maintain audit-ready vendor documentation, and coordinate with accounting and sales.

Develop and maintain FastAPI-based SCIM integrations and adapters to automate user provisioning. Implement CRUD handlers, browser automation with Playwright, write tests with pytest, log with async SQLAlchemy/Postgres, troubleshoot vendor changes, collaborate on onboarding, and follow Git/version-control best practices.

Build and maintain FastAPI-based integrations (SCIM Bridge) to automate user provisioning. Develop adapter CRUD handlers, implement browser automation (Playwright/Patchright), write tests with pytest, log via Async SQLAlchemy/PostgreSQL, troubleshoot vendor API/portal changes, collaborate with IT and Identity teams, and participate in code reviews and version control using Git.
