Manage a regional portfolio of higher-education and academic research accounts to drive product adoption and revenue. Build relationships with PIs, lab managers, procurement and core facilities; execute sales campaigns; navigate university purchasing and grant cycles; log CRM activity; collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical scientists; gather market intelligence; and ensure compliance and accurate account documentation. Travel domestically/internationally as needed (~20-30%).

This role focuses on improving the digital experience for researchers through user-centric design, utilizing user research and design tools to optimize websites and email templates.
