Lead data science for defense clients: perform data engineering, mining, exploratory/predictive/statistical analysis; build ML/AI tools (recommendation engines, automated scoring); manage large, disparate data sources using R/Python/SQL; create visualizations in Power BI/Tableau; support Multi-INT analytics and provide senior-level analytic products for the defense cover program.

Provide Identity Data Management (IdDM) support: develop and maintain IdDM plans, conduct policy and technical reviews, deliver training, manage IdDM operations and inventory, data-mine requirements database, produce reports/briefings, and coordinate with supported organizations to ensure operational security and compliance with DoD policies.

Develop, maintain, and optimize data integration pipelines, API services, and front-end interfaces for geospatial and structured data. Work with Databricks, ESRI ArcGIS, Unity Catalog, Kubernetes, and cloud databases to build scalable, secure web applications, implement metadata-driven search, integrate REST/GraphQL APIs, manage CI/CD and containerized deployments, and optimize queries/indexing for large geospatial datasets.

Manage DoD project execution for SOUTHCOM: track schedules, mitigate risks, lead Agile project management, coordinate stakeholders, ensure contract compliance and performance reporting, and deliver within cost, schedule, and performance constraints.

Manage data ingestion, transformation, and interoperability across DoD and commercial networks for SOUTHCOM. Develop and maintain ETL pipelines, APIs, and schema management across cloud and on-prem environments, ensure data quality and consistency, and integrate multiple data sources (including PAI/CAI).

Provide intelligence and administrative support to analysts, engineers, and scientists: review and format documents, manage RFIs and tasking, prepare correspondence and read-aheads, coordinate security access, build briefing materials, and support cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination.

Manage the full procurement lifecycle for a DoD mission: develop acquisition strategy, negotiate vendors, manage government contracts, ensure DFARS/FAR compliance, perform cost analysis, market research, and oversee contract lifecycle management and compliance audits.

Coordinate, track, and validate tasks and projects; advise senior leadership; draft and review correspondence; maintain procedures, calendars, and status updates; analyze administrative operations and recommend process improvements; prepare situation reports and briefing materials; serve as liaison between leadership and subordinate managers.
