Maintains accounting records and regulatory compliance; processes accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoices, payroll reporting, and journal entries. Supports budgeting, forecasting, audits, general ledger activities, and account reconciliations. The role requires 1–2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience and offers foundational growth opportunities in a finance department.

Provides front office and administrative support to school leadership and staff. Greets visitors, manages calls, attendance, calendars, sign-in procedures, records, communications, forms, and staff time-off requests. Maintains confidentiality, an organized office, and compliance with school safety procedures, including fire drills and missing-student protocols. Assists parents with the portal and supports events and general school operations.

Creates graphic and digital content across print, web, social media, email, and marketing campaigns. Maintains website content, supports brand consistency, promotes events and fundraising initiatives, and assists with photography, videography, and communications. Coordinates with staff, vendors, and community partners while managing multiple projects and occasional evening or weekend events.
