Lead CEEZER’s global marketing and communications strategy, building an enterprise-grade brand and generating measurable commercial growth. Own PR, thought leadership, events, content, product marketing, demand generation, and executive-level messaging. Partner with Sales, Business Development, Product, and leadership to engage multinational enterprise decision-makers, improve conversion rates, and establish CEEZER as a climate action authority. Build and manage a lean, AI-enabled marketing team and oversee brand quality across all customer touchpoints.

Partner with the CEO to develop strategy, drive cross-functional initiatives, structure ambiguous business problems, and support executive and board decisions. Own operating cadences, goal-setting, reporting, business reviews, investor updates, leadership offsites, and special projects across strategy, operations, and fundraising. Serve as a trusted proxy for the CEO in a fast-scaling climate technology company.

Lead full sales cycle for enterprise clients focused on climate performance assets (carbon credits, EAC, SAFc). Drive revenue, manage complex negotiations, collaborate with Solutions and Marketing, ensure client value realization, and represent the company at events.
