Own operating cadences, goal-setting, reporting, business reviews, investor updates, leadership offsites, and special projects across strategy, operations, and fundraising. Serve as a trusted proxy for the CEO in a fast-scaling climate technology company.

Lead product strategy and a senior product and design team for an enterprise climate asset management platform. Own prioritization, commercial outcomes, workflow automation, data strategy, and cross-functional platform development. Partner with leadership, technology, enterprise buyers, and internal teams to improve growth, margins, efficiency, retention, and delivery scalability. Coach product managers and designers while remaining hands-on in a complex B2B, operational, financial, and sustainability-focused domain.

Lead the architecture, scalability, and technical strategy of a B2B climate asset procurement platform. Translate product requirements into secure, reliable, scalable solutions; collaborate with product, design, and commercial teams; mentor and manage engineers; establish engineering standards; and contribute hands-on code using TypeScript, Node.js, and Next.js.
