Establish testing best practices, connect tests to product behavior, and lead quality-improvement projects from investigation through adoption. The role requires strong software development and testing expertise in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, with experience using modern testing frameworks and measuring test performance and reliability.

Leads approximately 35 engineers across data engineering, integration engineering, and integration support. Owns delivery predictability, manager development, operational reliability, SLA performance, data platform modernization, integration scalability, and organizational clarity. Partners with product, data science, commercial, and delivery teams while overseeing healthcare integrations with EHR systems, enterprise data infrastructure, incident management, and client-facing reliability commitments.

Commercial Counsel will structure, draft, and negotiate complex technology, SaaS, sales, vendor, and strategic partnership agreements. The role advises sales, finance, procurement, and business development teams on commercial, AI, licensing, data, and go-to-market matters. Responsibilities also include improving contract templates, playbooks, CLM workflows, and AI-enabled legal processes; collaborating with internal teams and outside counsel; managing legal risks; and sharing knowledge across the Legal & Compliance organization.

Lead the design, implementation, and support of healthcare data integrations and pipelines. Build internal tools and data abstractions, improve integration scalability and quality, mentor engineers, establish best practices, and collaborate with product, delivery, platform, and support teams. Apply rigorous software engineering practices including automated testing, CI/CD, version control, and observability while advancing data semantics, claims processing, cataloging, and lineage.

Lead Cedar’s Patient Data Platform from strategy through execution. Own the normalized clinical and financial data model, transformation pipelines, integration standards, governance, quality frameworks, and multi-quarter roadmap. Partner with engineering, architecture, integrations, clients, and EHR providers to deliver reliable, secure, scalable data foundations. Define platform metrics, improve integration velocity and data quality, and enable downstream products and AI-powered workflows across complex healthcare financial systems.

Lead technical integrations of Cedar's platform with client healthcare systems: discover requirements, map data formats, validate data/UAT, communicate technical security and authentication needs, manage complex projects, and represent customer needs to engineering and product teams.

Generate qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, personalized email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach. Research healthcare provider accounts, identify stakeholders, conduct discovery and qualification calls, maintain CRM data, and partner with Account Executives. The role also helps develop outbound playbooks, improve AI-driven campaigns, follow up after events, and establish scalable SDR processes.

Lead the development of machine learning systems for Cedar Pay's Personalization Engine, manage ML engineers, and ensure ML model effectiveness.

Lead the design and execution of a new enterprise data platform, ensuring metrics reliability and supporting AI-driven products, while mentoring engineers and collaborating across teams.
