Teams at Cedar Rapids Bank & Trust

Supports marketing campaign planning and execution, writes social media and email copy, creates written, video, and image content, assists with bank events, participates in brainstorming, and measures marketing results. Collaborates with marketing leadership, bank staff, and fellow interns on projects. May work after-hours events.

Supports the Credit Administration Department with administrative, analytical, and reporting tasks related to managing the commercial credit portfolio. Responsibilities include working with spreadsheets and word-processing software, communicating effectively, learning quickly, and working independently in a professional office environment.

Supports financial planning, relationship management, trust administration, investment research, and portfolio construction. The intern works with trust and investment officers, learns compliance and estate planning fundamentals, contributes to investment research, and collaborates on a group project. Responsibilities also include exposure to economic analysis, investing principles, taxation, behavioral finance, and qualitative and quantitative portfolio factors.
