Lead and manage the facility rehabilitation program, supervise and develop therapy staff, provide direct PT/OT/SLP care, ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid, oversee productivity, billing accuracy, equipment maintenance, and drive operational and financial performance while supporting marketing and staff orientation.

Provide clinical leadership as the on-shift Charge Nurse (LVN or RN): supervise nurse aides, administer medications and treatments, transcribe physician orders, implement care plans, document assessments and charting, educate staff, manage shift reports, ensure infection control and safety, and coordinate staffing replacements as needed.
