Conduct and oversee Phase I-IV clinical trials on-site, ensuring GCP/FDA/IRB compliance, participant screening and safety, accurate source documentation and data integrity, adverse event reporting, and collaboration with sponsors, CROs, and study staff. PI track holds ultimate regulatory and medical responsibility; Sub-Investigator works under PI supervision while performing medical evaluations and protocol-driven care.
