The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the CFO, coordinating schedules, managing communications, and preparing financial materials for the Finance Department.

The Graphic Designer will create visual content for various platforms, collaborate with campus partners, maintain brand identity, and manage projects. They will also contribute to photo/video shoots and ensure quality across all designs.

The Senior Accountant manages the general ledger, prepares financial reconciliations, assists with audits, processes payments, and ensures compliance with GAAP, while supporting budgeting and reporting activities.
