Drives profitable growth across an assigned industrial territory by prospecting, expanding accounts, conducting site assessments, preparing technical proposals, and managing complex sales through contract award and project handoff. Sells industrial ventilation, dust/fume/mist collection, ductwork, fabrication, installation, and field-service solutions. Maintains Salesforce pipeline and forecasts, collaborates with engineering and operations teams, and develops relationships with industrial customers, contractors, and engineering firms.

Leads enterprise IT programs covering Dynamics 365 F&O and CRM migrations, enhancements, roadmap planning, governance, budgets, risks, vendors, and delivery milestones. Oversees project managers and cross-functional technical and functional workstreams across finance, supply chain, and operations. Ensures implementation controls and audit readiness while driving organizational change, training, adoption, and M&A application integrations. This onsite role requires strong program governance, hands-on problem-solving, and experience managing ERP implementations and vendor relationships.

Coordinates project administration throughout the project lifecycle, including project and customer setup, documentation, billing milestones, cost tracking, invoicing support, reporting, and data accuracy in Microsoft Dynamics 365. Serves as a liaison among Project Management, Operations, Accounting, Purchasing, Production, and Service teams. Supports month-end reporting, audit documentation, customer requirements, change-order tracking, and process improvement initiatives.
