Teams at CEA Study Abroad

Owns marketing automation, customer journeys, audience segmentation, personalization, platform administration, Salesforce integrations, vendor management, reporting, and martech innovation. The role develops lifecycle workflows across email, SMS, chat, and emerging channels; supports AI-enabled engagement; ensures data quality and governance; evaluates new technologies; and trains teams on marketing automation platforms.

Leads a team of Partner Success Managers supporting institutional partners throughout the relationship lifecycle. Owns partner retention, satisfaction, enrollment growth, account health, program implementation, and operational excellence. Develops scalable success processes, manages KPIs and Salesforce reporting, coaches team members, handles escalations, and maintains strategic executive relationships. Collaborates cross-functionally with academic, enrollment, finance, marketing, safety, and advising teams to improve partner outcomes and organizational growth.

Coordinates academic affairs, student advising, faculty and partner-university relations, curriculum administration, and career and internship programs in Prague. Supports internship matching, host-site relationships, student readiness and progress monitoring, Salesforce reporting, documentation, contracts, and evaluations. Collaborates with local and global teams to deliver high-quality study-abroad experiences while providing professional communication and administrative support.
