Executes full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, background checks, offers, onboarding, and internal transfers. Partners with hiring managers, builds talent pipelines through colleges and professional networks, coordinates recruitment events, maintains ATS records, prepares hiring metrics, and ensures employment-law compliance. The role also develops recruiting resources, collaborates with Marketing on job advertising, and supports staffing needs across affiliated organizations.

Staff Accountant supports general ledger integrity and consolidated financial reporting by preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, variance analyses, cash activity, budgets, forecasts, tax forms, government reports, and audit materials. The role also processes invoices, maintains rent and lease schedules, supports internal controls, and ensures compliance with accounting policies. A bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field is required, while new graduates are welcome to apply.
