Support end-to-end employee lifecycle for Brazil, managing onboarding/offboarding, payroll coordination with external provider, benefits administration, time-tracking, occupational health & safety, vendor and facilities management, local workplace experience and event organization, and ensure compliance with Brazilian labor laws and internal HR policies.

The Customer Success Account Manager engages with disclosers to ensure retention and satisfaction, providing tailored support and building strong relationships while collaborating with internal teams.

Design and produce content for the CDP Portal and digital touchpoints. Collaborate with designers, engineers, marketing, translation and questionnaire teams to deliver consistent, multilingual, tested content. Run user testing, support implementation, drive product adoption via communications and training, and maintain clear documentation and stakeholder alignment.
