Provide technical, scientific, and analytical expertise to develop and maintain CDP's disclosure framework (question bank, guidance, scoring) for corporate and cities/states/regions, analyse response data, draft technical documents, support funded projects and stakeholder engagement, deliver presentations, and optimise related processes and content in CDP's online systems.

Develop and execute CRM and email marketing campaigns that increase audience engagement, conversions, disclosures, and program signups. Analyze campaign performance, derive actionable insights, manage automated customer journeys, create compelling email content, and improve segmentation and lifecycle marketing. Serve as a Dynamics 365 Marketing subject matter expert, advising and training colleagues while supporting data-driven marketing planning across a global organization.

Lead discovery, definition and delivery of data-focused products. Create roadmaps, user stories, wireframes and technical specs. Run Agile ceremonies, prioritise backlog, resolve stakeholder conflicts, manage delivery to budget and timeline, support adoption, and collaborate with engineering, QA, design, data analysts and cross-functional stakeholders.
