Supports the development and implementation of data quality methodologies, cleansing solutions, metrics, reports, and Power BI dashboards. Analyzes data quality issues, supports improvement plans, collaborates with data stakeholders, and promotes data governance and quality practices across the organization. The role requires strong SQL skills, analytical problem-solving, communication with technical and non-technical audiences, and attention to detail.

Lead DevOps initiatives across multiple squads: design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, manage Azure infrastructure with Terraform, integrate code-quality tools, implement monitoring and automation, mentor engineers, and optimize cloud services for reliability, performance and cost.

Develop and execute CRM and email marketing campaigns that increase audience engagement, conversions, disclosures, and program signups. Analyze campaign performance, derive actionable insights, manage automated customer journeys, create compelling email content, and improve segmentation and lifecycle marketing. Serve as a Dynamics 365 Marketing subject matter expert, advising and training colleagues while supporting data-driven marketing planning across a global organization.
