Provide technical climate change expertise to develop and maintain CDP's disclosure framework, lead question bank and scoring methodology updates, analyse response data, draft guidance, coordinate cross-team projects, deliver presentations and represent CDP externally.

Manage a portfolio of Capital Markets Signatory customers, driving adoption of CDP data and portal tools, supporting onboarding, ensuring timely data delivery, liaising with internal teams, and advising on financed emissions, nature impacts, and ESG reporting to maximize engagement and retention.

Support end-to-end employee lifecycle for Brazil, managing onboarding/offboarding, payroll coordination with external provider, benefits administration, time-tracking, occupational health & safety, vendor and facilities management, local workplace experience and event organization, and ensure compliance with Brazilian labor laws and internal HR policies.
