Field-based sales professional responsible for developing new hospital and health system business for the CardioNavix platform. Duties include prospecting, building relationships with healthcare executives and clinical stakeholders, creating territory plans, managing CRM pipelines, navigating complex buying processes, attending industry events, and meeting sales goals. The role is remote but requires approximately 75% travel throughout the assigned territory.

Leads strategic growth initiatives across healthcare business development, financial modeling, market assessment, acquisitions, partnerships, regulatory compliance, and service-line expansion. Partners with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to evaluate opportunities, develop business cases, navigate healthcare regulations, and move initiatives from concept through implementation. Focus areas include nuclear medicine, PET/CT, theranostics, AI-enabled cardiac imaging, and new healthcare services.

Provides in-house legal support for commercial contracts, healthcare regulatory compliance, licensing, risk management, corporate governance, and business transactions. Drafts and negotiates agreements, advises internal stakeholders on legal and operational risks, supports regulatory filings and audits, maintains legal records, and coordinates with outside counsel. The role partners across compliance, finance, operations, HR, commercial, and executive teams to deliver practical, business-oriented legal guidance.
