Supervise HR and administrative activities, including recruitment, contracts, onboarding, leave, attendance, performance management, employee relations, payroll, compliance, records, and offboarding. Maintain positive workplace relationships, resolve employee concerns, support client retention, and contribute to customer growth through effective service delivery.

Develop and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions using X++, including customizations, extensions, reports, workflows, security objects, integrations, batch jobs, and data migration support. Translate business requirements into technical designs, manage Azure DevOps and LCS deployments, conduct testing, troubleshoot defects, optimize performance, and provide post-go-live support. Collaborate with finance, supply chain, procurement, operations users, functional consultants, and implementation partners.

Supports sales teams across Francophone Africa by identifying tenders, preparing bilingual RFP and proposal submissions, delivering product demonstrations, managing proof-of-concept engagements, preparing quotations, maintaining CRM records, and reporting bid activity. The role requires fluent French and strong English, B2B technology experience, client-facing confidence, procurement knowledge, and coordination across multiple markets.
