Provides expert Microsoft 365 technical advisory, architecture, administration, solution design, governance, support, and adoption services. The role focuses on SharePoint, Power Platform, Teams, Entra ID, Copilot, enterprise rollouts, technical documentation, stakeholder engagement, user training, and continuous improvement of digital workplace capabilities.

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, AWS cloud infrastructure, infrastructure-as-code, containers, and Kubernetes platforms. Automate software delivery, monitoring, security testing, configuration management, and operational processes. Troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, optimize reliability and cost, support disaster recovery, and participate in on-call rotations. Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams within Agile workflows while documenting systems and promoting continuous improvement.

Manage internal and commercial recruitment from sourcing through placement, coordinate hiring managers and clients, and provide comprehensive HR administration. Responsibilities include employee records, contracts, leave, payroll, onboarding, performance management, offboarding, statutory compliance, HR consultancy, policy support, and client liaison. The role also supports business development and requires knowledge of Tanzanian labor law, fluency in English and Kiswahili, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
