Lead development planning and scheduling for a large data‑centre campus using Primavera P6. Maintain centralised schedules, perform critical path and resource analyses, produce performance reports, coordinate stakeholders, optimise sequences, mitigate risks and implement schedule adjustments to prevent delays and cost overruns.

Manage day-to-day corporate and OT systems, including installation, configuration, monitoring, patching, backups and security. Troubleshoot Level 2/3 incidents, support servers, workstations and networks, develop documentation and IT policies, and mentor staff. Act as primary escalation point and support technology adoption.

Lead day-to-day operations of a data centre campus, managing a team of Facilities Coordinators, contractors and vendors to ensure service excellence, operational readiness, safety, compliance and uptime. Drive stakeholder engagement, preventative maintenance, procurement, budget control, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
